SPRIITE Organizational Assessment
Brief version
This is the brief version, 14 of the 35 questions in the full assessment. It covers all seven pillars at less depth. You get your scores as soon as you finish.
What this measures
Every team plays on a field somebody else built. This rates the field, not the players.
The field is the environment your company provides. Seven conditions set the ceiling on what any team can produce: Structure, Process, Resources, Information, Innovation, Training, and Engagement. Leadership owns all seven. Good people inside a poor environment produce poor results, and most companies have never scored a single condition.
The scores come from judgment rather than from your systems. You are reading conditions, not pulling metrics, and what you can see from where you sit is exactly the point.
You are answering alone, so this is one view. When ClearBridge runs this inside a company, leadership, managers, and supervisors each answer separately, and the distance between what those groups see is usually the most useful thing it produces.
You will rate short statements about how work actually gets done at your company. Who owns what. Whether the agreed process is the real one. Whether information arrives in time to act on. Whether people will say what is not working.
Answer for an ordinary week rather than your best one.
About three minutes. Your scores appear as soon as you finish.
First, which best describes your role?
Questions are the same for everyone. This just records the seat you are answering from.
